Our Branch had an activity at Banana Land in Jericho. Many members live in the West Bank and are unable to travel to Jerusalem so we had an activity they could come to. The kids had a wonderful time. Camel rides, bumper cars and go-karts were the favorites. They even had a parrot for Abby to hold and a snake for Seth and Thomas.

This is a spring at Jericho. A lovely garden surrounds it with pathways and meandering streams.
How fun! Looks like a grand time was had by all. Seth and Thomas are sure brave boys for holding that snake!!!! EEEWWW!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteSo out of our world here in Provo, UT....camel riding, snake and parrot holding, rug weaving from sheep wool. What an adventure. John, Abby, Seth and Thomas appear to be thriving! Thanks for the pictures. Elaine
