This is a church at Bethphage. Inside the church is a stone that is used to commemorate the stone that Christ used to mount the donkey He rode for the triumphal entry. Matt. 21:1-11
Behind the church are first century tombs. These are what the tombs would have been like that Christ's body was placed in.
Here is a tomb with the round stone that would be rolled into place to seal the burial chamber.

Next we go to Dominus Flevit or The Lord Wept. This small, tear-shaped church is half way down the slope of the Mt. of Olives. See Luke 19: 41-44
Mary Magdalene is our next stop. She has beautiful gardens along the stairs as we climb to where she sits.

The Church of All Nations sits on the hillside of the Mount of Olives.
Next we go to the Pool of Siloam that is being uncovered. This is where Christ healed a blind man.
Inside one of the tunnels they are digging is a rendition of what the area would have looked like at the time of Christ. This would have been the main street that would lead to the Temple Mount and through the old city.
